Hatha Yoga Session for Parents
This event will take place between 2:00pm and 3:00pm on 06/06/2019 and on Thursday each week there after until 18/07/2019.
Hatha Yoga is a gentle physical activity suitable for all ages and abilities. Regular Yoga practice improves strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga reduces stress and benefits numerous health conditions including insomnia and back pain.
A typical Hatha Yoga session will begin with a short meditation enabling you to relax before stretching and moving into adaptable postures. Following the series of movements the class will end with a guided meditation.
