Isebrook students are grouped into four pathways. These pathways reflect the different aspirational outcomes for students upon leaving Isebrook.
The delivery of the curriculum looks different in each Pathway, to suit the individual needs of students and to support students in reaching their intended outcomes
Each individual Pathway will use a personalised approach to ensure that students are supported appropriately to access the curriculum. Learning looks different in each of our Pathways and reflects the wide range of needs we meet at Isebrook School.
Below are documents outlining each Pathway:
- Intent (What we are trying to achieve)
- Implementation (How we do it)
- Impact (How we know it has worked)
