You have to get permission in advance from the headteacher if you want to take your child out of school during term time.
Please complete the form below to request to take your child out of school during term-time.
The school will contact you directly to confirm your identity and your authority to make the request.
You will be informed of authorisation or refusal before the intended dates, provided you have given reasonable notice of your intention.
You can be fined for taking your child on holiday during term time without permission from the head teacher of the school.
