What made the day so special wasn’t just the variety of stalls—it was the students behind them. Their creativity shone through in every item they made, and the pride they took in welcoming visitors, sharing their ideas, and selling their products was wonderful to see. From the warm smiles to the confident conversations, our students showed just how much they are growing in independence, communication and teamwork. 

Families and carers shared such touching feedback—many spoke about the care poured into each product and how impressed they were by the students’ confidence and joy. Moments like these remind us how capable our young people are when given opportunities to shine. 

While the Fayre was full of fun, it also offered powerful real‑life learning. Students were engaged in genuine enterprise: planning, creating, marketing and selling. This hands‑on experience brought key elements of our careers education to life and reflected our commitment to preparing students for their futures in meaningful and relevant ways. 

Our Rights Respecting Schools ethos was also at the heart of the event. Students expressed their ideas freely, worked together, welcomed others, and celebrated each other’s talents—everything we want our school community to embody. 

Now, the excitement continues as students begin counting their profits. Even more inspiring is their collective decision to donate 10% of their earnings to a local charity—a beautiful reminder that our young people not only learn skills, but also lead with compassion. 

The Easter Enterprise Fayre was more than an event; it was a celebration of what makes Isebrook special—creativity, courage, generosity and the belief that every student has something brilliant to offer. We could not be prouder.
