At Isebrook School, we place the personal development of our students at the heart of everything we do.
Our vision is that all students become confident individuals, responsible citizens and successful learners, ensuring that they are equipped to succeed both within and beyond the school environment.

We continuously review and enhance our personal development programs to ensure that we meet the diverse needs of our students. Feedback from students, parents, and staff plays an essential role in shaping and refining our approach.
We support the personal development of all students through a number of elements of our taught curriculum and also through whole school approaches and enrichment, some of which are:

Students are awarded house points for demonstrating our Core Values.
As well as benefitting from the community and connection with other students, our house system offers the chance for students to stand to become house captains, where they can support development across the school through 'student voice'.
Students across the school have the opportunity to become Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and Mental Health Champions.
These groups of students meet regularly and support their peers through drops, class sessions and activities, and they also help us to shape the support we offer to all students through capturing 'student voice'.

SMSC is fundamental in preparing students for society, and at Isebrook they are helped to develop positive attitudes and beliefs by being given opportunities to:
